Labour and Employment Law

The employment contract defines the reciprocal rights and responsibilities between the employer and the employee, whereas the scope to the benefit of the employee is often limited by legal barriers (mandatory legal regulations, etc.). A well-constructed employment contract, adjusted to the particular legal framework (e.g. collective agreement, works agreements, etc.), is an important basis for a successful cooperation. In case of conflicts, especially concerning the termination of employment, we willingly help employers and employees to protect their rights or to ward off unjustified claims. The same applies to cases where social security benefits, which are subject to the social security law (e.g. disability pension), are unjustifiably refused. Also in such cases, we provide help and advice.

  • Employment agreements and commercial agency contracts
  • Enforcement and defence of employment claims
  • Entitlement to social security benefits
  • Representation in legal proceedings in the fields of employment and social law
