Data Protection

Protecting your personal information is very important to us. We process your information only in accordance with provisions laid down in the law (GDPR, Austrian Telecommunications Act 2003 [TKG 2003]). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.

General Information

In general, our website can be used without providing any personal information. In case we do collect personal information (e.g. name, address or email), this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. We do not share this information with any third parties without your express consent. Please note that transmitting information over the internet (e.g. when communicating via email) may be subject to security breaches. Complete protection of information against any access by third parties is impossible.

Web Server Log

For the proper functioning and possible troubleshooting of a website, logs containing IP addresses are generated on the web server.
Like many other companies, we also host our website on the servers of a professional service provider. IP addresses alone do not constitute personal information, however, they could theoretically be used to identify individuals by utilising tracking tools. In addition, the date, the type of browser as well as the visited website are saved. These logs are deleted after a period of one month.

Contact Form

If you send us a request via our contact form, we save the information you stated in the contact form, including the contact information entered by you, in order to process your request and to be able to contact you if we have additional questions. However, your request can only be used and sent to us electronically if you expressly consent to this privacy and data usage notice by clicking. We do not share this information without your consent. Please also refer to our privacy policy.
