Michael Kössler studied Law, Commercial Law and Computer Science at the University of Innsbruck. During and following his studies, he gained practical experience working for internationally operating commercial law practices in Vienna and Innsbruck. After completing his studies, he completed his court internship at the Regional Court of Innsbruck as well as the District Court of Landeck. Michael Kössler is specialised in tort law, contract law, real estate law, labour and social laws as well as procurement law. In addition, he is versed in public law, inheritance law as well as copyright law, trademark law and data protection law.

In 2012, Michael Kössler joined the practice as a trainee lawyer and has been a partner since 2016.
