Public Law
For a layperson, the Austrian public administration is almost incomprehensible.
The jurisdictions of the various authorities and departments are convoluted; their organisational structures are complex. This also impacts many of the areas of law we deal with in our daily work (planning permissions, trade law, etc.). In addition, administrative penal proceedings (traffic violations, speeding fines, undercutting collective bargaining agreements, etc.) play a rather significant role in daily life.
We ensure that you and your rights are optimally represented and enforced when dealing with public authorities.

- Representation before administrative authorities and administrative courts, such as municipalities, district administrative authorities, regional administrative courts, the Supreme Administrative Court and Constitutional Court.
- Representation in the areas of leasehold, trade law, planning legislation, traffic law and water law
- Representation in administrative penal proceedings, for instance when facing a disqualification from driving or traffic fines
- Infringements of the Austrian Foreign Labour Act, etc.
