Insurance Law
An insurance provides a risk pool in order to cover against certain major life risks.
A large number of policyholders pay a comparatively small amount of money in order to receive compensation (payment) from this risk pool (insurance) in an event of damage. If the insured major life risk (accident, fire, etc.) actually occurs, the policyholder who has paid the insurance premiums (fees) should also be able to benefit from those insurance payments.
However, if the insurance company denies you payment, we make sure to enforce your claims. On the other hand, many insurance companies also face unjustified claims. As lawyers, we are here to actively support you.
